At Dealveerse, we aim to provide products that meet customer expectations. If there is an issue with your order, this policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled.

1. Return Eligibility
A return request may be accepted only in the following situations:

A complete unboxing video must clearly show the issue.

The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
Requests made without an unboxing video or after the return window will not be approved.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for the following cases:

Products that have been used or damaged after delivery

Requests made after the 3-day return period
Certain product categories may also be marked non-returnable on the product page.
3. Return Request Process
To request a return:

After reviewing the request, our team will confirm whether the return is approved and guide you through the next steps.
In some cases, the product may need to be self-shipped back to our address if pickup service is unavailable.
4. Exchanges
We provide exchanges only if:

The product arrived damaged or defective
Exchange requests must also be submitted within 3 days of delivery with an unboxing video.
Exchange is subject to product availability.
5. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund status.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing time is 8–15 business days depending on the bank.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed through bank transfer or UPI.
Refunds will not be issued if:

The packaging is missing

6. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.

Refunds for prepaid cancelled orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days.
